The developer of a Cincinnati home for the young adult population is set to begin construction of a six-bedroom, 6,000 square foot home in the city’s Central Business District.
It’s the first home for adults under age 18 for the development, which was approved earlier this year by the city and will be finished in early 2019.
The project is located at 1209 E. Franklin St., and is expected to be complete by the end of 2020.
“We are delighted to partner with this community to build a new home for our young adults and families, and look forward to bringing it to life in the Central Business Ward as soon as possible,” said James Schmeling, president of Development Partnerships of Cincinnati.
The site is the site of an existing home that will be demolished to make way for the project.
The site will be used for a residential and commercial development.
